A world leader in pharmaceutical distribution, Cardinal Health needed to launch a new product and called on Kreber to help design and execute the strategy for the product rollout. Kreber’s solution was a launch kit that supported a three-phase plan for training the Cardinal consultants, selling the idea to customers, and finally training customers who purchased the device. The strong response to the launch resulted in a heavy increase in demand of new installations.
